If it is an Amazon return and you have a choice of drop-off locations, we prefer you select The UPS Store at 430 Franklin Village Drive in Franklin, MA.
Please leave your package(s) with a note indicating it's for "Get Your Ship Together" (to make sure we don't pick up another package that might have just been delivered to you).
Returns must be packaged with shipping label attached. Please make sure ahead of time that your receipts are still within the return window.
If you do not have a prepaid shipping label(s), please be sure to select "No I'll add my Venmo ID and Shipping Address" when asked this question. Please provide us with your Venmo ID so we can send you a request for the postage cost. We also need you to add the address your package(s) is being shipped to.
If you request a receipt, we will drop the package(s) off at a UPS/FedEX/USPS store and email you the receipt.
If you do not request a receipt, we will drop the package(s) off in a UPS/FedEx/USPS box.
Service includes up to 3 packages.
Get Your Ship Together will pick up your package any time between 8:30-11:30am, 9:00-11:45am, 12:30-3:30pm or 3:15-6:45pm (depending on the time you selected). Please have your package out 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time on your scheduled pickup day.
